AHB's series of attacks were stopped almost at ease. The ball was quickly cleared from Metro Kuala Lumpur’s danger zone by Mohd Jaimizi and landed on Michael Neoh’s feet. He managed to glance at the tail of his eyes and sensed that Noh Robi Uthman already began his usual speedy dash down the left flank in search for space. But Michael Neoh had other ideas.

As AHB’s exhausted defenders quickly backed down to cover the suddenly exposed spaces, Michael Neoh sent a wide ball far to the right side of play. The opponents that shadowed Noh Robi Uthman were stunned by the move.

At first, it seemed that no Metro Kuala Lumpur players were able to be at the receiving end of Michael Neoh’s wide pass. However, he realised that Ahmed Termizi and Salaf Sayfuddin already began their runs. With all his youthful energy, Salaf Sayfuddin, the Kelang born youth, was much faster than Ahmed Termizi.

Salaf Sayfuddin controlled the wide pass brilliantly. He then flicked the ball to his right even before the ball managed to hit the ground, and left AHB defenders in front of him completely flabbergasted. The ball was received by Ahmed Termizi, who continued running, looking for space.

With the ball at his feet, Ahmed Termizi ran the ball far from the opponents and managed to look for teammates within the penalty box area. The Hildehkehl brothers were in sight. He ran with the ball and brought it the nearest he possibly could to the goal and rolled the ball to Lukas Hildekehl.

Lukas Hildekehl, however, was already closed down by the tall and tough AHB defender, Hussain Makhtur. Like stealing candy from a young, Hussain Makhtur easily shrugged off Lukas Hildekehl and stole the ball from the attacking machinery of Metro Kuala Lumpur.

Lukas Hildekehl never gave up. Although this tall player of German origin is barely 19 years of age, he managed to secure the ball back from Hussain Makhtur with a clean tackle from behind. Hussain Makhtur floored and his hands raised appealing from the referee for a foul.

No whistle.

The ball immediately directed by Lukas Hildekehl to his borther, Bernd, who was unmarked at the left side of the penalty box. Bernd Hildekehl’s initial touch was disappointing. The ball rebounded far from his feet. It weakly rolled towards the AHB goalkeeper.

Metro Kuala Lumpur’s magnificent moves seemed wasted.

But, Noh Robi Uthman swiftly appeared from the left flank. No one thought that the left back would be so deep into the opponent’s territory. Noh Robi Uthman ran past Bernd Hildekehl and the goalkeeper, snatched the ball, and drove the ball hard to the right side of the goal.
